MUDsmith is a ceramic design studio based in Byron Bay, Australia. We create high-end handmade ceramics including lighting, sculpture, vases, and also offer design consultancy and interior styling services.

2. Handmade Nature of Products

Each MUDsmith piece is handcrafted and unique. Small variations in shape, size, texture, or colour are intentional and part of the artisanal process.

3. Orders & Custom Work

  • Orders can be placed via our website or by direct consultation.

  • For commissions or custom work, a 50% deposit may be required before production begins.

  • Custom orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Payment

  • Prices are listed in AUD.

  • Full payment must be received before goods are shipped or delivered.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Design consultancy and styling services will be outlined in writing, including scope, timeline, and fees.

  • MUDsmith is not liable for third-party delays or any construction-related issues during implementation.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation of ceramic pieces
